Organic arabica coffee from Catimor breeding line has its distinctive scent and taste of wild flower and fruit grown in the forest of Mae Chaem district, Chiang Mai province. The coffee cherry is farmed by Pakakayor ethic group who tries to change monoculture farming to cash crop and to promote woodland and biological diversity in the area.
